I have been studying how flowers die, such as this clematis. Each flower surrenders through its own slow-motion dance with grace, and often the final bow is as breathtaking as the opening blossom.
Oh Amy…I especially enjoy the death of tulips. The way the are so tight in the beginning and then open to ” whatever is next” with such abandon and eagerness. I dream of living such a life. Thank you for this post.
